Trusted Charities for Holiday Giving

Many are searching for the right organization to donate to in this season of giving and as 2017 draws to a close. With so many nonprofits out there doing great work it may be difficult to know where to donate. This remains especially true for those who are passionate about the fight against cancer. Thankfully, trusted organizations like Consumer Reports make it a little easier to decide by putting together lists of charitable organizations that the public can also trust.

Consumer Reports has listed CRI as one of five top charities to give to in cancer. While the Cancer Research Institute community is familiar with our work and knows we are among the highest rated cancer charities, it's nice to be acknowledged by third parties we know and rely on. Our community of supporters are passionate and committed to the fight against cancer, so we do all that we can to ensure their dollars are used wisely and effectively. We are dedicated to keeping overhead costs low, so that the majority of donations go straight to our programs. We are proud to say that we have an A rating from CharityWatch, hold a 4-out-of-4-star rating from Charity Navigator, bear the GuideStar Gold Exchange Seal, and are a member of the Better Business Bureau’s Wise Giving Alliance.
